2.5 tbsp Feta Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1.5 tbsp Parsley
 
70g Cherry Tomatoes
 
2 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
1 pinch Dried Basil

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with double cream, dried basil, salt, and freshly ground black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat
