50g (1.00 cup) Lettuce
 
2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
50g Rocket (Arugula)
 
2 Egg(s)
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
100g Cherry Tomatoes
 
2 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
1 pinch Dried Basil

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with double cream, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper

Mix in grated cheddar cheese
