Ingredients:
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Dried Basil
 
100g Broccoli
 
1 pinch Dried Oregano
 
10g Celery
 
25g Cheddar Cheese
 
50g Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil

Stir in the cheddar cheese

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add the broccoli florets and celery, and cook for a few minutes

Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and celery

Add the cherry tomatoes on top

Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook the omelette for 1-2 min or until the eggs are set
