0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
3.5 tbsp Parsley
 
3 pinches Garlic Powder
 
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
2 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
5 tbsp Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Grease the parchment paper with olive oil

In a blender, combine the eggs, cream cheese, double cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder

Blend until smooth

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking sheet and spread to the edges

Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the omelette is cooked through

Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese and fresh parsley

Working from one of the ends, roll the omelette up tightly

Use the parchment paper to help lift the omelette to roll it

Bake the omelette for another 5 minutes

Slice, serve, and enjoy!
