3 tbsp Bell Peppers
 
2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
2 tsp Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
4 leaves Basil
 
1 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
1 handful Pea Sprouts

Instructions:
1.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and basil

Stir in the cheddar cheese and double cream

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add capsicum and cook for 1-2 min

Pour the egg mixture over the capsicum

Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook the omelet for 1-2 min or until the eggs are set
