4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Dried Oregano
 
50g Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and dried oregano

Stir in the parmesan cheese
