2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tsp Garlic Powder
 
1 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
1 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
30g Spinach
 
3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Grease the parchment paper with olive oil

In a blender, combine the eggs, cream cheese, heavy cream, spinach, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder

Blend until smooth

Pour mixture into prepared baking pan and spread to the edges

Bake for 10 min, until the omelette, is just cooked through

Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese

Roll the omelette up tightly

Use the parchment paper to help lift the omelette to roll it
