2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 pinches Garlic Powder
 
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
1 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
2.5 tbsp Dill
 
45g Salmon Fillet
 
30g (0.33 cup) Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 175°C and line a baking pan with parchment paper

Grease the parchment paper with olive oil

In a blender, combine the eggs, cream cheese, heavy cream, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder

Blend until smooth

Pour mixture into prepared baking pan and spread to the edges

Bake for 10 min, until the omelet, is just cooked through

Then, top with shredded mozzarella cheese, fresh dill, and smoked salmon slices

Roll the omelet up tightly

Use the parchment paper to help lift the omelet to roll it

Bake the omelet for 5 min
