Ingredients:
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 pinches Garlic Powder
 
1.5 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
1 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
30g Ham
 
50g Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 350°F/ 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Grease the parchment paper with olive oil

In a blender, combine the eggs, cream cheese, double cream, salt, ground black pepper and garlic powder

Blend until smooth

Pour mixture into prepared baking pan and spread to the edges

Bake for 10 min, until the omelet, is just cooked through

Then, top with ham

Roll the omelet up tightly

Use the parchment paper to help lift the omelet to roll it

Bake the omelet for 5 min

Slice, serve with cherry tomatoes and enjoy!
