10ml Olive Oil
 
1 Egg(s)
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
2 pinches Garlic Powder
 
10g Cream Cheese
 
1 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
5g Butter
 
40g Beef
 
45g Cherry Tomatoes
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves

Instructions:

Preheat an oven to 175°C and line a baking pan with parchment paper

Grease the parchment paper with butter

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan

Add minced garlic and cook for a few seconds

Add ground beef and cook until it's no longer pink, for 5-7 min

Season the beef with salt and ground black pepper

In a blender, combine the egg/eggs, cream cheese, double cream, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder

Blend until smooth

Pour mixture into prepared baking pan and spread to the edges

Bake for 10 min, until the omelet, is just cooked through

Add cooked meat

Roll the omelet up tightly

Use the parchment paper to help lift the omelet to roll it

Bake the omelet for 5 min

Slice and serve with courgettes
