Ingredients:
 
80g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 
2 tsp Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
50g Cherry Tomatoes
 
1 pinch Dried Basil
 
1 tsp Parsley
 
1 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with double cream, salt, basil, and ground black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
