355g Cauliflower
 
2 tbsp Sour Cream
 
14g Butter
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
80g Cheddar Cheese
 
50g Bacon
 
1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200ºC

In a bowl, toss the cauliflower with butter

Season with salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder

Transfer the cauliflower to an oven-proof dish in a single layer

Roast in the oven for 15-20 min, until crisp-tender

Meanwhile, in the same bowl, whisk together the soured cream, cheddar cheese, and diced bacon

When the cauliflower is done roasting, take it out and leave the oven on

Add the cauliflower to the bowl and mix with the sauce

Return the cauliflower mixture to the oven-proof dish

Bake for 5-10 min, until the cheese melts
