1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lime Juice
 
1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
 
170g Salmon Fillet
 
70g Cherry Tomatoes
 
1 tsp Rosemary
 
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, tamari sauce, red pepper flakes (optional), and ground black pepper

Add salmon fillet and toss to coat

Place salmon fillet on the grill and fry for 5-7 min on each side
