Ingredients:
 
100g Minced Turkey (Ground Turkey)
 
100g Tomatoes
 
4 leaves Lettuce
 
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 tbsp Linseed
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lime Juice
 
1 tbsp Coriander (Cilantro)
 
1 pinch Smoked Paprika
 
1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
 
60g Bell Peppers

Instructions:
1.

Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat

Add ground turkey into the pan, season with salt, ground black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes (optional)

Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 min or until no longer pink and cooked through

Into the lettuce leaves add cooked turkey, chopped tomato, coriander, sliced bell pepper, sprinkle with linseed, and drizzle lime juice on top
