350g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
4 tsp Olive Oil
 
3 pinches Lemon Pepper Seasoning
 
85g Swiss Cheese
 
2 pinches Salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 190°C

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Slice courgette into thin strips and pat dry with paper towels

In a bowl, add and mix lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and grated Swiss cheese

Add in courgette strips and toss to combine

Place the prepared courgette fries on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil

Bake until brown and crunchy, about 20-25 min
