Ingredients:
 
200g Kale
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
20g Blue Cheese
 
14g Butter
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
0.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
 
45ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tsp Mustard

Instructions:

Rinse kale and cut it into small pieces

Remove and discard the thick stem

Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat

Add kale and cook for about 3-5 min, season with ground black pepper

Meanwhile, mix together double cream, mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, and garlic in a small bowl

Pour the dressing on top and toss to combine
