Preheat the oven to 200°C

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat

Add diced bacon and sauté until brown

Then add chopped kale and sauté for 1 min

In a small bowl, whisk eggs with salt

Then pour the egg mixture on top of the bacon and kale

Swirl the skillet to make sure the egg mixture sets in an even layer
