Ingredients:
 
115g Italian Sausage
 
170g Green Beans
 
30g Butter
 
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
 
2 tsp Lemon Juice
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 tsp Sriracha
 
1 tbsp Parsley
 
1 tbsp Thyme
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves

Instructions:
1.

Arrange green beans in a microwave-safe dish with 1/2 cup water

Cook covered in the microwave for 8-10 min, until almost done but still crisp

In the meantime, lay the sausages in a skillet with water

Cook half covered for 10 min on medium heat, turning regularly

When water has evaporated, add half of the butter and half of the garlic and continue cooking for a few minutes, until sausages have browned in the garlic butter sauce

Transfer sausages to a plate and set aside

In the same skillet, lower the heat and melt the remaining butter

Add parsley, thyme, remaining garlic, Italian seasoning, green beans and cook for 4-5 min, stirring regularly, until cooked

Stir in lemon juice and sriracha

Add garlic butter sausages back to the pan and reheat quickly

Season with salt and ground black pepper

Serve and enjoy!
