Ingredients:
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
25g Portobello Mushrooms
 
85g Chicken Breast
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
0.5 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
 
60ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:
1.

Cut slices across the chicken breast (without going all the way through), and fill in the mushroom slices

Season with salt and a pinch of ground black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat

Add the chicken and cook for 15 min covered with a lid

Meanwhile, heat a separate nonstick pan over medium heat

Add garlic, vinegar, double cream, and a pinch of ground black pepper

Bring to a low simmer

Lower the heat as much as possible and stir in half of the parmesan cheese

4.

To serve, pour the sauce over the chicken and top with the remaining parmesan cheese
