Ingredients:
 
20g Ham
 
1 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
3.5 tbsp Ground Flaxseed Meal
 
2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 handful Spinach
 
2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:
1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

For the dough, melt shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave oven for about a minute, checking halfway through

Add the ground flaxseed meal and olive oil

5.

Stir until the dough is well-combined

6.

Roll the dough out between 2 sheets of parchment paper (you can use a silicon mat and silicon rolling pin)

7.

On the prepared mozzarella dough, add the chopped ham, spinach, and cheddar cheese on top

8.

Fold over like an envelope and seal the dough

9.

Place on the baking sheet with parchment paper

10.

Poke some holes for releasing the steam while baking

11.

Bake for about 15-20 min or until golden brown and firm to the touch

12.

Cut in half on a plate

Serve and enjoy!
