25g Ham
 
3 tsp Butter
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
50g (0.50 cup) Rocket (Arugula)
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
1 pinch Italian Seasoning

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and ground black pepper

Melt butter in a frying pan, then pour in the egg mixture
