Ingredients:
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
45ml Olive Oil
 
2 pinches Salt
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
115g Tuna Fillet
 
50g Bell Peppers
 
50g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
15g Mayonnaise
 
1 pinch Dried Dill

Instructions:
1.

Brush tuna fillet with half of the olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper

In a bowl, mix roughly courgette and capsicum with the rest of the olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat

Add tuna and cook for 5 min, then turn on the other side

Add the seasoned vegetables to the grill pan

Cook them with tuna for 5-7 min more or until the desired doneness

4.

Put grilled tuna and vegetables on a plate

Drizzle with lemon juice

Mix mayonnaise with dried dill and serve it on the side
