Ingredients:
 
25ml Olive Oil
 
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
240g Cherry Tomatoes
 
100g Beef Fillet
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
1 pinch Dried Oregano
 
1 pinch Dried Thyme
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
240g Lettuce
 
1g Rosemary

Instructions:

For the marinade, in a bowl, combine garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, half the amount of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of ground black pepper

Mix well

Rub beef fillet with the prepared marinade

Heat a grill (or a grill pan) and add a marinated beef fillet

Grill for a few minutes on each side until medium-raw or until the desired doneness
