Ingredients:
 
340g Spinach
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
80g Cherry Tomatoes
 
145g Salmon Fillet
 
3 cloves Garlic Cloves

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine half of the olive oil, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper

Add salmon fillet and toss well

Heat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat

Place salmon and grill for about 3-4 min on each side

Meanwhile in a bowl, mix together the remaining olive oil and lemon juice

On a serving plate, arrange spinach, cherry tomatoes, and salmon fillet
