60g (0.50 cup) Cucumber
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
15g (0.50 cup) Mixed Leaf Salad
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
115g Pork Chop
 
2 tbsp BBQ Sauce

Season pork chop with salt and ground black pepper
