60g Feta Cheese
 
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
350g Rocket (Arugula)
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
150g Cherry Tomatoes
 
100g Chicken Breast
 
1 pinch Dried Basil

Instructions:
1.

Combine a pinch of salt, a pinch of ground black pepper with half of the olive oil in a bowl

Add the chicken breast fillet and toss well to combine

Preheat a grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 7-8 min on each side until cooked through and no longer pink inside

Let the chicken breast fillet rest for 3-5 min before slicing

Combine rocket, cherry tomatoes, and feta in a bowl, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, season with salt, ground black pepper, dried basil, and mix well

Serve sliced chicken on a plate with the prepared salad
