Ingredients:
 
22ml Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
60g Cherry Tomatoes
 
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
 
95g Chicken Breast
 
4 tbsp Feta Cheese
 
1 pinch Ground Paprika
 
345g Rocket (Arugula)

Instructions:
1.

Combine salt, ground black pepper, and ground paprika with half of the olive oil in a bowl

Add the chicken breast and toss well to combine

Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 min

Flip over and cook for an additional 6-7 min

Let the chicken breast rest for 2-3 min before slicing

Arrange rocket, cherry tomatoes, and feta on a plate

Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds

Place grilled chicken next to the salad
