Ingredients:
 
15g (0.50 cup) Spinach
 
110g Feta Cheese
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
30g (1.00 cup) Rocket (Arugula)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
10ml Lemon Juice
 
1 pinch Dried Oregano
 
70g Cherry Tomatoes
 
80g Chicken Breast
 
10g Sesame Seeds

Instructions:
1.

In a bowl, combine half of the olive oil, salt, dried Marjoram, and ground black pepper

Add chicken breast and toss well

Heat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat

Add chicken and grill for about 4-5 min on each side or until cooked through and no pink inside

In a bowl, combine rocket, courgette, cucumber, halved Isle of Wight tomatoes, feta cheese, and chicken slices

Drizzle with lemon juice and the remaining olive oil

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
