Ingredients:
 
100g Broccoli
 
30g Olive Oil
 
2 pinches Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
1 pinch Dried Oregano
 
1 pinch Dried Thyme
 
50g Cherry Tomatoes
 
100g Beef Fillet
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
1g Rosemary

Instructions:
1.

Add broccoli to a steamer (or you can use a pot with a metal strainer or colander) and steam for about 10 min or until tender but still bright green

For the marinade, in a bowl, combine half of the olive oil with garlic powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper

Mix well

Rub the beef fillet with marinade

Heat a grill (or a grill pan) and add the beef fillet

Grill for a few minutes on each side until medium-raw or until the desired doneness

Serve beef steak with cherry tomatoes and broccoli

Season vegetables with a pinch of salt

Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice

Garnish the steak with fresh rosemary
