Ingredients:
 
2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
 
50g (0.50 cup) Greek Yoghurt
 
1 tsp Olive Oil
 
1 tbsp Blueberries
 
2 drops Liquid Stevia
 
15g Strawberries
 
2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds

Instructions:
1.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add pumpkin and sunflower seeds

Toast for 2-3 min until crunchy

Mash half of the strawberries with a fork

To a serving bowl, add Greek yoghurt and mix it with toasted seeds, stevia liquid and mashed strawberries

Top with the rest of the strawberries and blueberries
