3 cloves Garlic Cloves
 
30g Butter
 
1 tbsp Parsley
 
1 Courgette (Zucchini)
 
165g Prawns (Shrimp)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
2 tsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
25ml Lemon Juice

Instructions:

Cut courgette into thin, noodle-like strips, or use a vegetable spiralizer

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Then melt the butter in a bowl and add in the parsley, 2 cloves of minced garlic, ground black pepper, and salt

Place shrimp on a baking sheet and pour the butter mixture over the shrimp

Make sure to coat shrimp well

Bake for 5-7 min, or until shrimp are cooked through

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat

Add the remaining garlic and sauté for 30 sec

Add the courgette noodles and toss them for 2 min, then turn off the heat and set aside
