2 tsp Butter
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
225g Scallops
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 tbsp Parsley
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves

Instructions:

Pat scallops dry with a paper towel

Sprinkle them with salt and a pinch of ground black pepper
