55g Smoked Salmon Fillet
 
35g Asparagus
 
2 tbsp Water
 
1.5 tbsp Butter
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1.5 tbsp Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
2 pinches Garlic Powder
 
2 pinches Mixed Herbs
 
4 tbsp Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

Place chopped asparagus in a microwave-safe bowl, add water, and cover

Microwave for 1-2 min until tender-crisp

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, double cream, cheddar cheese, mixed herbs, garlic granules, salt, and freshly ground black pepper

Heat the butter in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat, just for a few minutes until melted

Add asparagus, chopped salmon, and egg mixture

Cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes over low heat, until the eggs set
