2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
25ml Single Cream
 
45ml Water
 
15g Butter
 
75g Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Place asparagus in a microwave-safe bowl, pour water over the asparagus and cover the bowl with a lid

Microwave for about 1-2 min or until tender-crisp

In a bowl whisk the eggs, add grated cheddar cheese, single cream, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of ground black pepper

Set aside

Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat

Add steamed asparagus, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of ground black pepper

Pour the whisked eggs and cheddar cheese mixture into the skillet over asparagus

6.

Place the skillet in the oven and cook for about 15-20 min or until the eggs set
