4 tsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
35g Lettuce
 
240g Cucumber
 
120g Tofu
 
2 pinches Sesame Seeds
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 tsp Parsley
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
2 tsp Soy Sauce

Instructions:
1.

Drain off the excess liquid of tofu and slice it into small cubes

In a small bowl, mix together tamari, sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper

Add tofu and stir well

Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add tofu with sauce and fry until brown

To a serving bowl, add chopped lettuce, sliced cucumber, tofu cubes, and sprinkle with chopped parsley
