60g Tomatoes
 
50g Broccoli
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
100g Pork Sausage

Instructions:
1.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat

Add chopped sausages and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

Remove from the pan

Crack the eggs into the pan

Reduce the heat to medium-low

Cook until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard or until desired doneness

In the meantime, place the chopped broccoli in a steamer basket and place it in a saucepan filled with water (or use a pot with a metal strainer or colander)

Bring the water to boil, cover, and steam until crisp-tender, for about 5 minutes

9.

On a serving plate add fried eggs, sausages, chopped tomato, and steamed broccoli

Season with salt and ground black pepper
