75g Lettuce
 
30g Bacon
 
2 Egg(s)
 
40g Pork Sausage
 
150g Tomatoes
 
1 tbsp Feta Cheese
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:

Heat a frying pan over medium heat

Add bacon and fry until crispy

Set it aside

To the same pan add the chopped sausage and fry for about 5 min, stirring occasionally

Set it aside

Heat the oil in the same pan over medium-high heat

Crack the eggs into the pan

Reduce the heat to medium-low

Cook until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken or until desired doneness
