15g Butter
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Salt
 
25g Bacon

Instructions:
1.

Melt half of the butter in a frying pan and fry kale quickly on high heat until the edges start to brown

Set the kale aside and sear the bacon in the same pan until crispy and then lower the heat

Add the kale back to the pan and stir until warm

Transfer the kale and bacon onto a plate

Fry the eggs over medium heat in the rest of the butter

Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste

Slide the eggs onto the plate alongside the kale and bacon
