2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
60g Lettuce
 
50g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
20g Radish
 
2 tbsp Dill

Instructions:

Heat half of the olive oil in a pan over medium heat

Crack the eggs into the pan

Reduce the heat to medium-low

Fry for about 2-3 min or until the desired doneness

Season with salt and ground black pepper

Season with salt and ground black pepper and drizzle with the remaining olive oil
