1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
15g Bacon
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
50g Cherry Tomatoes
 
3 leaves Lettuce
 
40g Courgette (Zucchini)

Instructions:
1.

Fry the bacon slices in a pan on medium-high heat until crispy

Remove the crispy bacon from the pan and set it on paper towels to drain

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a separate pan over medium heat

Crack the eggs straight into the pan and cook for about 2-3 min or until the desired doneness

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper

Serve fried eggs on a plate together with fried bacon, lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced courgette
