1 tbsp Butter
 
30g (1.00 cup) Rocket (Arugula)
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
50g Cherry Tomatoes
 
1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions:

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the bacon over medium heat until crisp

Remove the crispy bacon from the pan and set it on kitchen roll to drain
