3 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
50g Bacon
 
60g Cherry Tomatoes
 
30g (1.00 cup) Lettuce
 
1 tbsp Parsley
 
1 tbsp Sprouted Beans

Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat

Crack the eggs straight into the frying pan, reduce the heat to medium-low

Cook until white is completely set and yolk begins to thicken but is not hard

Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper

Set aside

Into the same frying pan, add diced bacon and cook over medium-high heat until crispy

Place lamb's lettuce, halved cocktail tomatoes, sprouted beans, cooked bacon, and fried eggs onto a plate
