Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat

Crack the eggs and reduce heat to medium-low

Cook until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard

Transfer the cooked eggs onto a plate and season them with salt and ground black pepper

To the same pan, add bacon and cook until crispy

Transfer onto a plate with eggs

Add sliced mushrooms to the same pan and cook for about 5 min

Transfer onto a plate with eggs and bacon
