10ml Olive Oil
 
30g Bacon
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
15g (0.50 cup) Lettuce

Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat

Crack the eggs into the frying pan, reduce the heat to medium-low

Cook until white is completely set and yolk begins to thicken but is not hard

Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper

Set aside

To the same frying pan add bacon and cook over medium-high heat until browned on the bottom, for 3-4 min

Flip with tongs and cook until browned on the other side, for about 2 min

Place cornsalad, cooked bacon, fried eggs on a plate and enjoy!
