Instructions:

Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat

Add bacon and fry until crispy

Set it aside

To the same heated pan crack the eggs, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken or until desired doneness

Serve fried eggs on a plate together with fried bacon, chopped lettuce, and cherry tomatoes

Drizzle olive oil over the salad

Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper
