This dish features a succulent piece of cod, fried to absolute perfection with a golden, crispy exterior complemented by a tender, juicy interior. Ingredients:
 
160g Cod Fillet
 
2 sprigs Rosemary
 
2.5 tbsp Parsley
 
3 pinches Salt
 
3 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
20ml Olive Oil
 
2 tsp Lemon Juice
 
1.5 tbsp Butter
 
2 cloves Garlic Cloves
 
4 leaves Lettuce
 
35g Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions:
1.

Place a frying pan over medium heat and add half of the olive oil

Once the olive oil is hot, place the cod

Sprinkle the fish with salt, ground black pepper and drizzle half of the lemon juice over it

Fry it on both sides for 4-5 min or until nicely browned

To make the sauce-place a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic, chopped parsley and butter

Sauté until the butter melts, and then add salt and ground black pepper

Mix well until the mixture turns aromatic

Remove the sauce from the heat and pour it over the fried fish

Then garnish the fish with fresh rosemary

Serve the cod with tomatoes and lettuce salad on the side

Drizzle the salad with the rest of the olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
