15g Butter
 
60g (2.00 cups) Cabbage
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
15g Parsley
 
70g Bacon

Instructions:
1.

In a frying pan, fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy

When crisp, remove the bacon from the frying pan and set it aside

Add cabbage and butter to the same frying pan

Cook the cabbage for 10-15 min stirring occasionally until it has reduced and is soft and golden

Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste

Return the crispy bacon to the frying pan

Mix and cook for a few minutes to let the bacon heat through

Serve hot, garnished with parsley
