35ml Olive Oil
 
5g Mustard
 
360g Rocket (Arugula)
 
2 Egg(s)
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
100g Tuna Fillet
 
80g Tomatoes
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper

Instructions:
1.

Boil the egg/eggs for 10 min in a saucepan of simmering water

Cool, peel, and slice into quarters

In a bowl, add rocket, tomato sliced into quarters, tuna, and egg/eggs

In another bowl mix the mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice

Season with salt and ground black pepper

Drizzle with the dressing
