60g Tomatoes
 
170g Broccoli
 
10ml Olive Oil
 
1 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
70g Pork Sausage

Instructions:
1.

Add broccoli florets in a pot fitted with a steamer basket over water (or use a pot with a metal strainer or colander)

Bring the water to boil, cover the pot, and steam broccoli for about 5 min

In the meantime, heat half of the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat

Crack the egg/eggs and fry for about 3-5 min or until the desired doneness

Remove fried egg/eggs from the pan

To the same pan, heat the remaining olive oil, add sliced sausages and fry for about 3 min, stirring occasionally

Serve fried egg/eggs, sausages on a plate together with steamed broccoli, and chopped tomato

Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper
