30g Prawns (Shrimp)
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
90g Mixed Leaf Salad
 
45g Brie Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Lime Juice
 
25g Tomatoes

Instructions:
1.

Place eggs in a saucepan

Cover with cool water by 1 in/2

5 cm and bring water to a rolling boil over high heat

When the water has reached a boil, reduce heat to medium-high and boil the eggs for 6-7 min for hard-yolk eggs

3.

Place the eggs under cool running water, peel them, and cut into quarters

4.

Heat half of the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat

5.

Once hot, add shrimp to a single layer

Cook without moving until they turn pinkish on the bottom and just starts to curl for about 2 min

7.

Flip the shrimps and cook for 1-2 min more

8.

Season with salt and ground black pepper

9.

Arrange salad greens, eggs, fried shrimp, tomato, and sliced brie cheese onto a plate

10.

Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lime juice

11.

Season with salt and ground black pepper if needed
